If you do not have the download code but would like to get it, then please join the BlackFives.com email list using the sign up box on the right.
Once your download (22Mb, .epub format) is complete, just attach your Apple device to your computer, open iTunes, select the device under Devices, select the Books tab, select Sync Books, then select the downloaded title, select Apply, then Sync. Once your device is synced, open iBooks, find your new ebook, and begin reading!
